Birthday Parties

Private Parties​

 

Southwest Synergy Dance is the perfect place for your next birthday party or special event! Our parties feature a private dance party, as well as a separate party room to meet all your needs. We offer a few different options to make your event hassle-free and FUN!​

Party Package A:

90-minute dance party/game time with 30 minutes in the party room. Up to 11 guests and 1 guest of honor included (Additional children are $10 each).

  • Triple Star Members: $225

  • Double Star Members: $250

  • Single Star Members: $275

  • Non-Members: $300

​

Package Includes:

  • 12 Synergy invitations

  • The guest of honor will pick a song for the group to learn a dance to, and the entire party will consist of dancing and games!

  • A special gift will be given to the guest of honor on behalf of Synergy

  • A Synergy staff member, teacher, and demonstrator will assist with all your party needs, including set-up, serving, and clean-up

  • Table cloths included

Party Package B:

90-minute dance party/game time with 30 minutes in the party room. Up to 11 guests and 1 guest of honor included (Additional children are $15 each).

  • Triple Star Members: $395

  • Double Star Members: $425

  • Single Star Members: $450

  • Non-Members: $475

Package Includes:

  • 12 Synergy invitations

  • The guest of honor will pick a song for the group to learn a dance to, and the entire party will consist of dancing and games!

  • A special gift will be given to the guest of honor on behalf of Synergy

  • A Synergy staff member, teacher, and demonstrator will assist with all your party needs, including set-up, serving, and clean-up

  • Party essentials (table covers, plates, cups, napkins, forks, etc.)

  • Goodie bags for each guest

  • Pizza (for the children), juice/soda, and a personalized cake

Available for Additional Cost:

  • Pizza / Soda / Cake ($7 per adult guest)

  • Jumpy ($50)

  • Party room rental ($50/hour)

 

 

Birthday Parties are Held On:

  • Saturdays: 1pm - 3pm

  • Sundays: 11am - 1pm OR 2pm - 4pm 

 

Disclaimer:

There is a $100 deposit required upon booking. You can enter the facility 30 minutes prior to the party, and all guests must be cleared out once the party ends. The host and Synergy staff members will have an additional 30 minutes to clean up and remove items from the party. Anything past the allotted 30 minutes will be an extra $20 per 15-minute interval.
