THANK YOU for registering your child in Southwest Synergy Dance!

Here are a few things to remember:

 

• Our program is year round: your child is automatically re-enrolled every month.

 

• We hope you never leave us, but if you do, please remember our policy: notification must be given to the office in writing or by email by the 30th of the month prior to be dropped for the following month, (without penalty for the following month). Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

• Class tuition will always be automatically processed on the 1st of each month. For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Cash or Check

 

• Total class cost for the year is divided into equal installments. Tuition rate is a calculation of based on the dance year Sept-Jun. It is not based on number of dance hours in each month. 

• First and Last month tuition is due at the time of registration.

• Dancers enrolling after the 1st of the month: Tuition will be prorated. 

 

• TUITION: A late fee of $10 will be added to the unpaid accounts for the TOTAL OUTSTANDING BALANCE on the 3rd of the month. A $10 late fee will be applied every 10 days tuition is late (10th of the month = $20 in late fees, 20th of the month = $30 in late fees, and so on). A credit card is required to be on file and will be processed if payment is not received by day prior to the processing day listed on your account summary sheet.

 

• ALL OTHER FEES: A late fee of $10 will be added to the unpaid accounts for the TOTAL OUTSTANDING BALANCE after the listed due date on your account summary sheet. A credit card is required to be on file and will be processed if payment is not received by day prior to the processing day listed on your account summary sheet.

 

• If you must miss a class, please inform the office in advance to obtain a make-up class. Make-ups are not guaranteed and may be scheduled as space permits. No credits will be given for missed classes.

 

• Please understand that the office will not become involved in parental disputes and will not separate the bill between parents/guardians. As the responsible party, you will be solely responsible for the account.  Another party may pay towards the account but will not be held liable for any portion due.
